Caviar Dream is the first Black- and female-owned nationally distributed caviar business in the United States. We provide representation, access, and experiences that inspire and encourage our community to live well. We aim to transform the world of luxury caviar by making it accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all.

Kendra Anderson

A serial entrepreneur, Kendra launched Caviar Dream in 2024 to share her love of this unique delicacy with the world, and with a specific mission to transform the world of luxury caviar by making it more inclusive and empowering. Kendra’s CV includes corporate + hospitality consulting, professional chef, caterer + event planner, Advanced Sommelier, and award-winning restaurant + bar owner | operator. As the face of Caviar Dream, Kendra curates the product lineup + handles sales, marketing and public event roles for the company.

Christine LeMieux

With a career spanning 20+ years of business operations and restaurant leadership, event planning + execution, hospitality consulting, and brand development (in addition to her work in non-profit management and political advocacy), Christine makes every Caviar Dream come true. Christine ensures that all facets of the Caviar Dream customer experience and business operations -- from order fulfillment to pop-ups -- are flawlessly executed.

Sourcing

In 2004, by order of the United States Fish & Wildlife Authority, wild caviar was declared illegal to import into the USA in an effort to protect endangered, prehistoric sturgeon species like Beluga, Osetra, and Sevruga. Subsequently, producers from around the world created and perfected the art of sturgeon farming.

All Caviar Dream products are sourced from producers whose operations and business practices are aligned with our commitment to sustainability. The only wild sturgeon fishing that is legally permissible in the United States is that of the wild, domestic Hackleback and Paddlefish sturgeon varieties, under the controlled fishing license program.  Our smoked trout roe and vegan, seaweed-based "caviar" are also sustainably farmed in Denmark. Caviar Dream loves our planet and is grateful for the sturgeon "farmers" who make our Caviar Dream come true.
