Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes.
Shipping Method
All caviar orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight* to ensure freshness and food safety. Your order is carefully packed with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.
*FedEx Priority Overnight means delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by 12:00pm to most residences.
Order Processing & Ship Days

Our guarantee: orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12 PM (ET) will ship the same day!

Orders placed after 12 PM (ET) Thursday - Sunday will ship the next available business day (Monday). For an additional charge, you may choose Saturday delivery at checkout for orders placed after our cutoff on Thursday (12 PM ET) and before the cutoff on Friday, 12 PM ET.

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Local Delivery - Chicago Only!
If you are in Chicago and can wait to receive your order, we encourage you to use the "Local Delivery" option to save money on shipping -- only $15!

Orders must be received by Wednesdays, 11:00am CT

Your order is eligible for delivery on Friday of the same week via local courier

Delivery Timing & Temperature Guidance
Caviar is resilient when properly packed.

Your caviar is safe as long as it is received within 48 hours of shipment.

Upon delivery, please check the ice packs:

Ice packs may be partially melted and this is normal.

If ice packs are cool to the touch, your caviar is perfectly safe to enjoy or refrigerate.

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, carrier delays can occur.

We strongly recommend ordering early for holidays and special occasions.

Once a package is in FedEx’s possession, delivery timing is ultimately controlled by the carrier.

Delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.
Holiday shipping deadlines will be clearly posted on our site.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help before shipment.
