We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control, and delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
For this reason, we guarantee shipping dates, not delivery dates.
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion, to support your experience.
